2016 has been a massive year for gaming. It was a year of blockbuster AAA epics and indie innovations. This video is a tribute to the great video game experiences that will brighten our recollections of 2016. These are by no means the only worthwhile games from 2016. Your favorite game isn't missing because I judged it unworthy... more likely it had to go because it didn't edit well with the rest or would have pushed the video over 2 minutes. For the sake of simplicity, the only titles eligible for inclusion were those which had their North American release in 2016. Remasters and DLC additions were also excluded.
