Fargo || Ronald Reagan's Speech
In the second season Fargo, episode four, amidst the clash between the Gerhardt family and Kansas City syndicate, Ronald Reagan went to a small town of Fargo to give speech and campaign for his presidency, in his speech he invoked the vision of a shining "city on a hill," urge all Americans come together and uphold those important values. Fargo is an American black comedy–crime drama anthology television series created and primarily written by Noah Hawley.
