a documentary film by Erika Rossi produced by TICO FILM (89' Italy) Il film racconta una periferia come tante, in cui la solitudine e le difficoltà rendono la vita più difficile: Plinio, un anziano pianista ipocondriaco, non vuole più uscire di casa, Roberto affronta la fatica di vivere dopo un grave ictus, Maurizio paga lo scotto di una vita di eccessi. Grazie al progetto di salute pubblica presente nel quartiere per Plinio, Roberto e Maurizio si aprono nuove opportunità, nuovi scenari di vita in cui mettersi nuovamente in gioco, perchè “curare” significa creare relazioni, conoscere le persone e i loro bisogni, stare insieme e condividere i problemi di ogni giorno. The film tells the story about a town' suburb like we have seen many, in which loneliness and fragility make life more difficult: Plinio, an elderly hypochondriac pianist, does not want to leave the house anymore, Roberto faces the consequences of a serious stroke, Maurizio pays the price of a past life of substance abuse; but thanks to a new public health system project in the neighbourhood, for Plinio, Roberto and Maurizio new and unexpected opportunities are opening up, as “healthcare” is primarily creating relationships, getting to know people and their needs, being together and sharing everyday problems.
