Oscars 2019: Rami Malek FALLS off stage following Best Actor win

Bohemian Rhapsody actor Rami Malek fell offstage just after accepting his Best Actor award at the Oscars.  Paramedics rushed to the 37-year-old's side after he tumbled off stage after receiving the gong.  He was plonked in a stage-side seat to be seen to by two paramedics with medical equipment.  It isn't clear what caused the fall but he was forced to lay his gong down on the stage before being pulled onto nearby seats by a suited security guard.  But Rami appeared fine making a jokey face after the slip before returning to the audience.   Just before he took the tumble the Bohemian Rhapsody actor made an emotional award acceptance speech. My family thank you for all of this.  "My did didn't get to see me do any of this, but I think he's looking down on me right now. It's a monumental moment.  "Thank you, Queen, for allowing me to be the tiniest part of your legacy. I'm forever in your debt."
