Sigourney Weaver, Foot grab and losing shoe - Aliens
Towards the end after plunging the Alien queen into the airlock, Ripley escapes by climbing the ladder to get out. The Queen grabs her ankle, Ripley opens the airlock into space. After grabbing on Ripleys shoe is pulled off and the Alien is sent into space.
