Terrifying theme park ride in South Korea
A viral clip of a terrifying theme park ride that is being shared on social media is actually fake. A video showing the ride known as the Gyro Drop, in South Korea, shows the tower of the ride doubling in size, and then ejecting its passengers, who remain connected to the ride with some sort of cord. Once they’re all left dangling, the spinning occurs. However, it turns out the film is a fake, which greatly embellishes the capabilities of the ride. In reality, the tower takes riders to the top of the 230-foot tower aboard a gondola that rotates. While the maker of the CGI fake remains unknown.
